Hi there. The BD is 24 x 12. It is versatile and quite grunty. The Head in the photo is Fiberskyn Powerstroke 3 and can be made to sound like a marching BD. There is a clear Emperor on the other side which I use as a small orchestral BD and damp if I need for a kit scenario. Good luck with the 18, post a photo when done. Cheeeers,,,,,,,,,,

I remember that one from TM as well. Nice! that's an early one
with the tube lugs. I've had a 50's Carlton kit with the deco lugs,
really well made.

Vintage kits

The grand daughter has two. one is an old set of Apollos from the mid 60's and the other is an old Pearl wood fiberglass pro set from the late 60's.Both are 5 piece sets.Both sets are mint.
